There is so much whimsy out there, I can hardly keep up with it all. This whale, for instance: I love his grandness {he's 11" by 12"} and that shiny little eye and the fact that his blowhole is filled with a succulent {I don't mean for that to sound dirty ... but, now I've drawn your attention to it, haven't I?}
Lastly, this mouse: He's always working {he keeps receipts on his tail}, but he makes time for cheese fries and half-priced beer and even lady mice, as long as he doesn't have to pay their bills.{Vintage Whale Planter, Vintage Brass Giraffe, and Vintage Brass Mouse from DomestiKate}

those are so cute.
ReplyDeleteI had a mouse almost exactly like this, only his tail was curved to hold rings. He was a cutie!
ReplyDeleteA "cheery" disposition: It occurred to me that I don't know your first name! Anyway, thanks for stopping by and leaving a pillow mint ;)
ReplyDeleteErin: Really?! Do you still have him? Was he a gift? He sounds much less dangerous -- I was reading the description of this mouse, and his tail is apparently really sharp ...
I don't think so... I should check with my parents as they are forever keeping everything.
ReplyDeleteErin: At least this guy's long-lost brother is still alive. Do tell if you find him!
ReplyDeleteI would like all of these little critters to hang out with me in my house! Especially the whale and the giraffe.
ReplyDeleteBrittany: I think they would make excellent company!
