I try to keep my worries off of this blog, but today, I can't help it: I'm overwhelmed. I have so much to do, I can't even get started. Silly, I know. Just attack one thing at a time, until everything is done and checked off. Still, it's difficult to begin.{Click on image for its source.}
Hey hon, it's not silly to be overwhelmed. Its your bodys natural defense to too much going on! Deep breathe, one thing at a time putting the priority must dos on the top. Make a list and cross off when done, and throw a soft-ball.easy thing in the middle to break it up . Have a cup of tea too. Always cures my ills. Let me know how you do

OK. Whenever I get really stressed out I go out for a ten minute walk and then promise myself I'll complete one task when I get back. That usually gets the ball rolling. xoox
